Modern audiovisual solutions make increased use of high-speed networks to transport audio and video streams, which necessitates reliable methods to synchronise a large number of recording and playback nodes.
To advance cost-effective integration of these technologies, nanosyncs n3 provides a flexible and seamless solution. It can act as a (g)PTP Grandmaster which distributes its selected reference or as a boundary clock. PTP Follower count is effectively unlimited, with 1G Ethernet bandwidth allowing ~300,000 requests per second. The network time is accurately converted to Video Sync, Wordclock and Timecode signals.
nanosyncs n3 combines the trusted and robust sync engine with a precision TSN Ethernet stack built from scratch and a GNSS antenna input. Profiles that offer compatibility with all established standards are included.
